Faith

I have some small posters on my cork board in my kitchen that I got from church when I was in high school. My favourite one has a picture of a man on a beach with arms open wide and jumping in the air, it says:

is not belief in

spite of evidence,

but life in scorn

of consequences - a

courageous trust

in the great purpose

of all living things,

and pressing forward

to finish the

work which is in

sight, whatever

the price may be."
